Processing time may vary due to volume and time of year but orders are processed on average between 1-5 business days. This does not include shipping time!

 

Shipping

 

All orders are shipped through the USPS. You will receive an order confirmation and a follow-up shipping confirmation with tracking attached once your order is fulfilled. 

 

Returns

 

Please review our size guide before making a purchase and know which type of bandana (scrunchie or over the collar) will be the best for your pup and their needs. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the item is damaged, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right!
